Ms. Momasso is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. During law school, Janine focused on activities which highlighted the need for diversity and tolerance in law school and the legal profession abroad. Her efforts resulted in her selection to serve on the inaugural panel along with faculty and staff on the Inclusiveness Commission.
Ms. Momasso’s leadership qualities also earned her the position of President as well as appointments to Executive Boards of multiple students groups, and afforded her an invitation to join the J. Willard O’Brien Inn of Court. Ms. Momasso continues to be involved as an active alumnus by judging the annual Moot Court competition, the annual ABA Client Counseling Competition, and through serving as a guest lecturer for various courses at the law school.
Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Momasso served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Audrey Peyton-Blackburn and the Honorable Mark J. Fleming in Mercer County, New Jersey. Further, Ms. Momasso was an associate at Barron and Posternock, LLP, focusing on the practice areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, and real estate.
